Unopened & Unused Products

Eligible products may be considered for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, in their original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any items back. Returns must be approved by ORIMIZU and shipped according to the instructions provided.

Opened & Used Products

For hygiene, sanitary, and product safety reasons, opened, unsealed, or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind or personal preference.

Once a skincare product's seal has been broken or the product has been used, we cannot verify that it has been stored, handled, or maintained under the appropriate sanitary conditions. This policy helps us uphold the quality, integrity, and safety standards our customers expect from ORIMIZU.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will review your request and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not discard the affected product or its packaging until we have reviewed your request.

Refunds & Return Shipping

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancellations

Order cancellations or changes to shipping addresses and payment information may be requested before your order has been processed and fulfilled; once fulfillment begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
